| What does it cost to register?
|
| It is free to register, but if you want to earn from the profits, you will need to upgrade by at least one share. Free members of 7 days or more will be occasionally deleted from the program. Each share is $5 with a maximum number of 400 shares, or $2000. |
| *When do the shares expire? |
| When your shares reach 200% it will expire.

| *Which processors do you accept? |
| We accept "AlertPay" and "Solid Trust Pay" ONLY.

| *Can I buy shares with different processors? |
| Yes, but you will be paid out by the processor in which it was bought.

| *Can I cashout with different payment processors? |
| No.

| *Can I Compound my earnings? |
| Yes. The Compound button will be on at the same time that the Cashout button is active. This will be on the 5th and 6th of each month. There is a 6% fee to compound.

| *How long does it take for my deposit to reflect in my account? |
| Usually very quickly, but always within 24 hours. If it does not show within 24 hours, please send a support ticket with the transaction info included. PP, transaction ID., $ amount and date of transaction.

| *How long does it take for commissions to be paid and how much is it? |
| Referral commission is a one time $0.25 when your referral joins. Commissions from your personal 'referrals' are credited to your account and will be included with your monthly payout.

| *How do I withdraw my money? |
| Your interest payments are done once monthly. The cut off for earnings is the 1st of each month. On the 5th and 6th of each month from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM the 'Cashout' button will be turned on. Please do not request a special withdrawal on a different day.

| *Can I request a refund of all or part of my investments? |
| No. The only thing that you may request is your earnings each month during the time that the Cashout button is on. Your shares will pay you 200% of your initial investment over time. Should we ever decide to close TIS, you will be refunded any 'Not In Profit' money in a timely manner. This means that if you have a $100 share and you have received $60 earnings on that share, you will be refunded the $40 difference. No other Refunds will apply which includes circumstances beyond our control.

| *What is the difference between my Account Percentage and my Total Shares? |
| "Account Percentage" is the money accrued as the programs pay us. One $5 purchase = 1 'Share'. The number of 'Shares' control how much your account balance will total. Multiply your number of shares by the percentage per share earned so far.

| *Are there any fees? |
| There are no fees when you buy your shares. Out of the total ROI at the end of the month, there is a 10% fee for admin expenses, and 10% fee used to help grow the programs in which TIS is involved. There is a 6% fee for Compounding your earnings. Cashout fees from your payment processor also applies.

| *How many sites per day do I need to surf? |
| You do NOT need to surf at all. Just kick back and check in at the Forum occasionally to see if anything is going on.

| *Can I have more than one account? |
| No, and if you try to, you will be deleted and all moneys will be retained by TIS. And you know that was a dumb question.

| *Is "True Income Shares" sustainable over a long term? |
| It certainly is! We do not rely on new people joining to succeed or sustain. It was designed to last as long as we wish to run it. We are here for the "long haul"!

| *Where does my money go once I make a deposit? |
| Your money will go to work as fast as we can make it go. We are buying upgrades in the more secure programs. We watch for all of the red flags to help protect your money. Once the investment pays out, the ROI goes back into the total earnings to be divided among you, the members. We also have a successful team working Forex which only helps the bottom line.

| *When Can I Join TIS? |
| To be eligible to earn your % for any month, you have to join and buy at least one share before the 15th of that month, when new members are allowed. This protects the program from someone joining late and reaping the rewards of everyone Else's hard working share %. You may join later than the 15th, but will not be eligible for a payment that month. You would then have to wait until after the end of the next month before you are eligible to receive a % on the shares.

| *When Can I Buy Shares? |
| You can buy shares anytime, but shares purchased after the 15th of the month will not be included in the total of shares used to figure the overall %. This protects the program from someone buying a large block of shares at the end of the month to gather a larger portion of the the overall %. We will use those funds, but they will not be credited to you to earn on until the next month.
